Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PDF Forge LiB ("the service"). By using the site or any of its tools, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using the service

PDF Forge LiB provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files - merging, converting, compressing, editing, and related operations. Many tools are available without an account; some features (like saved file history) require signing in. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or process content you don't have the legal right to possess or process
• Upload content that's illegal, infringing, or that violates someone else's rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
• Use automated means to abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users (reasonable personal or scripted use of the tools themselves is fine)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Your files and content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are processed solely to perform the operation you request and are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

Free and paid plans

Core tools are available on a free plan with the limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase. Pricing, included features, and free-tier limits may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." While we aim for the tools to work correctly and reliably, we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular conversion or operation will produce a perfect result for every file - especially for unusual, corrupted, or non-standard input files. Always keep your own backup of anything important before processing it with any online tool.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Forge LiB isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can't legally be limited.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. We may also modify or discontinue features of the service, though we'll try to avoid doing so abruptly for paid features you're actively relying on.
